1. Service Payments
Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
2. Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. All repair services come with a 90-day warranty on labor. If a repair fails due to our workmanship within 90 days, we will re-perform the repair at no additional charge.
3. Parts
Parts may be subject to manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in processing any manufacturer warranty claims. Parts warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's policies.
4. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee.
