Webster's Service provides farm equipment repair and maintenance services to customers in Kentucky. Services include but are not limited to tractor repair, combine harvester service, equipment maintenance, and emergency repair.
3. Service Requests
Service requests submitted through our website or by phone are subject to availability. We will confirm service appointments within our business hours. Emergency services are prioritized based on severity and our current workload.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual repairs needed. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
5. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days on all repair services. Parts may carry manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Limitation of Liability
Webster's Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment and the issues being experienced. Customers should remove personal items from equipment before service.
